Mountain Management Services is a management service organization (MSO) formed in 1994 to offer physicians an opportunity to focus on patient care by outsourcing the day-to-day responsibilities of a practice. Our purpose is to provide assistance, technical support, financial management and other clinical and administrative functions in order to facilitate the efficient and competitive provision of health care services within our community.  

We provide complete and partial management functions to over 150 primary care physicians, specialists and nurse practitioners in offices in the greater Chattanooga area including Spring City, TN and LaFayette, GA. We also provide corporate health programs to several locally based corporations include screenings and health risk assessments.
